Резюме:

In recent years, in the countries of the European Union, the issues of sustainable construction, the environmental consequences of the realization of construction projects and the impact of construction materials on the environment are increasingly discussed. Limiting the negative effects on the environment requires the application of a sustainable approach in construction process. This means that a balance must be sought between the economic and environmental aspects of buildings. The aim of this paper is to reveal the main directions and positive effects of the application of sustainable and “green“ construction.
