Резюме:
The management is an active process and requires the implementation of various managerial influences that are aimed at achieving higher efficiency. Very often this imposes the need to establish new objects of management. The report analyses one such object of management – the individual work behaviour. Relational dependencies between some individual personality differences and the work behaviour of the individual are revealed. The need to manage individual work behaviour is justified, by emphasisng the strengths of the personality. It is concluded that it is necessary to have competencies for managing individual work behaviour. It is proposed that the competences be included in the competence profile of the jobs through the National Classification of Competences. The features of the system “Management of the individual labour behaviour” are characterised using structural and functional analysis. As a result of the application of inductive and deductive methods practical opportunities are derived to exercise managerial influences on this difficult, unpredictable and complex object of management – the individual work behaviour.
