The main focus of the report is the implementation of policies in the field of youth inactivity. The direct correlation between the adopted national and European documents and their practical impact on solving the problem of inactive youth is analyzed. Good practices and shortcomings in working with the target group of young people, employers and partners are discussed. The study analyzes the preconditions and reasons for the inclusion of young people in the target group and the aspects that need to be worked on at local, national and European level and this will show the possibilities for their reactivation.
