The report examines the main aspects of the introduction of digitization in business and the possibilities of applying innovative models and approaches in its transformation. The focus is on achieving organizational excellence and realizing competitive advantages with the tools of transformational leadership and quality management. Conclusions and recommendations for model construction of management systems in modern business organizations are made, in line with the dynamics of the external environment and with the requirements for change in cultural and management approaches according to the goals of Industry 4.0.
