Резюме:
The purpose of the study is to assess the SWOT analysis of Bulgarian beekeeping in the Ruse region. The business position of the national (Appendix 1) and regional (Appendix 2) beekeeping is determined, which shows that they are under the prevailing influence of weaknesses and threats. These business positions require proactive policies to neutralize threats from the external environment and to overcome existing weaknesses through marketing strategies for Bulgarian beekeeping, particularly that in the Ruse region. Similar marketing strategies are also necessary for other agricultural sectors and regions as a factor for achieving supraregional competitiveness, and as an opportunity to exit from similar business positions in which they are located.
