Foundations are a type of non-profit organization that is created to achieve certain ideal goals. In carrying out their activities, foundations are not guided by the desire to realize profit. This is a prerequisite for developing specific indicators to measure the effect of their functioning. The aim of this paper is to outline possible key indicators for evaluating the activities of foundations. Their type and number should be able to reflect the final result of the functioning of the non-profit organization. In this way, the trust in the mission and the ideal goals for which it was created will be increased, as well as confidence will be created among the public and donors that the funds that are received in charity are spent in full as intended.
