Today’s fast-changing business environment seems to impose the requirement on organizations to constantly change in order to adapt to new conditions and to develop. The current scientific development examines the possibilities and perspectives for organizational development by managing changes of a structural, technological, behavioral, process or other nature. In order to adequately respond to the transformational challenges of the environment, business needs to consider the growing importance of the role of the organization’s management and its ability to successfully lead staff through change. Leading the changes is a process that includes the management of knowledge, competences, experience and the resistance to them, through effective management communication, training, good awareness of the processes, formulating new goals and strategies. Organizational development requires high proactivity and sensitivity to the dynamics of the environment on the part of management teams, which effectively handle the socio-psychological toolkit to overcome the challenges arising from the interaction of people in the organization, in the conditions of continuity of organizational-management innovations.
