Political factors play a significant role in shaping consumer behavior, influencing purchasing decisions, spending patterns, and overall market confidence. This study focuses on the impact of political dynamics on consumer behavior in Kosovo, analyzing how political stability, government policies, and regulatory changes affect consumer confidence and economic activity. Given Kosovo’s developing economy and evolving political landscape, understanding these influences is crucial for businesses and policymakers seeking to foster market stability. The research is based on both theoretical analysis and empirical data collected exclusively from Kosovo’s consumers. The study examines key political factors such as policy changes, government decisions, and political stability, assessing their direct impact on consumer spending habits, financial decisions, and purchasing power. A structured survey was conducted among Kosovo’s consumers to gather insights into how political events shape their confidence and consumption behavior. Findings indicate that political stability leads to greater consumer confidence, resulting in increased spending and economic engagement, while political uncertainty causes hesitation, reduced spending, and financial caution. Respondents expressed concerns about how governance, policy shifts, and political events influence their financial security and purchasing behavior. The study highlights the need for a stable political environment to ensure sustained consumer confidence and economic growth in Kosovo. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the relationship between political factors and consumer behavior in Kosovo. The insights provided can help businesses, policymakers, and economic stakeholders develop strategies to minimize the negative effects of political uncertainty on consumer markets and promote economic stability.
