Abstract:

In modern conditions, governance policies in different countries are different and applied differently. In order to function smoothly, they need a variety of sources of funding, as well as the application of methods that will enhance cooperation and the fulfillment of common interests. The choice of an appropriate management model is an incentive to provide funding in order to make more efficient use of available resources located on both sides of the border areas, specifically in this case /Spain and Portugal/. Management policy decisions are aimed at improving the quality of administrative services offered, as well as opportunities in terms of unemployment and employment and social policies and more.
