Abstract:
The article explores the necessity of adequate criminal law framework in connection with the right to a private life. The focus falls on a specific aspect of the right to a private life, namely privacy and how it is affected by revenge porn – newly born phenomenon of people sharing private, sexual materials of another person without their consent.
