Abstract:
This article discusses persuasion and encouragement as methods of government, which is presented in a “broad” and “narrow” sense. The method of government is identified as an issue that has been the subject of various studies. The author focuses on the methods of implementation in the field of executive power. Two types of government methods are discussed in detail: persuasion and encouragement. An analysis is carried out of these two types of methods, as well as of the relationship between them and their common features. The differences between these types of methods, including in their application, are also discussed in detail.
