Abstract:

This article dwells on the recurrence of administrative offences as multiple administrative offences. The author attempts to define this concept and to outline its most important characteristics. The paper also examines the prerequisites for the recurrence of administrative offences under the Bulgarian Law on Administrative Offences and Sanctions.
