Abstract:

This article studies indirect judicial control and its object in various proceedings. Emphasis is put on the historically changed recourse in dealing with the subject matter in question. The paper also provides a critical analysis of legal discussions on the indirect judicial control over voidable and void administrative acts, as well as on the paradigm, prevailing today, concerning the analyzed issue.
