Abstract:

This article examines the understanding of the nature of Art. 32(2) of the Bulgarian Family Code as a legally rebuttable presumption. It points out the main characteristics of the statutory rebuttable presumptions and presents a critical view of their detection in the provision mentioned. Also, it analyzes the factual composition contained in the rule.
