Abstract:

The study briefly explores the legal nature of the detailed development plan of some elements of the technical infrastructure outside urbanized territories. It presents an observation on the linear and platform elements of technical infrastructure and on the construction right and types of easement related to them. Emphasis is put on some actual discussions concerning legislation and on some practical solutions on the topic.
