Abstract:

The purpose of this article is to examine the different types of protection available to refugees and asylum seekers from the Republic of Ukraine. The war in Ukraine led to the displacement of millions of people, who had to seek asylum on the territory of neighboring European countries. The article outlines the types of protection already available to refugees and introduces the temporary protection available to refugees fleeing Ukraine only.
