Abstract:

The article examines and analyzes issues related to the election of members of the management body of the Variable Capital Company. Emphasis is placed on the election decisions taken by the founders of the company and the general meeting of partners, the entry into force of the decisions, the quorum and majority for voting of decisions at a general meeting, the consent of the newly elected members and the restrictions regarding the membership of the management body of the company.
