Abstract:

The article shows that the increase in crime rate and a low solving rate require a search of new knowledge and technologies in the field of legal activity. Forensic psychological examination in Russia today is armed with methodological tools for effective aid to justice. However, it requires more time for its reevaluation and improvement. We believe a more thorough knowledge of individual styles, psych types and patterns can allow development of crime preventing measures and laws affecting the level, structure and dynamics of crime and quality of crime investigation.

Keywords:
