Abstract:
The article deals with the problem of the indirect perpetration of crime, wherein a minor or another person, not criminally liable, is used to commit a crime. A short survey of the historical views on the problem, as well as the jurisprudence is made. Finally, a suggestion is put forward to formally recognize the indirect commission of crime in the Criminal Code.
