Abstract:
This report analyses the important issue for interethnic relationships in modern-day Albania. Conclusions are made for reducing of the political pressure of ethnonationalism by separating the culture from the politics, or if they give all cultural rights to the minority they would separate the culture from the politcs (language, religion and etc.). There are some other basic rights that can be used in case if that minority is a specific minimum percentage of that total population.
