Abstract:
The article is dedicated to the problem of sabotage and subversive crimes. A short survey of the academic views on the problem, as well as the jurisprudence, is made. Finally, a suggestion is put forward to preserve the provision of Art. 106 of the Criminal Code in the future criminal legislation and to give up the provision of Art. 107.
