Abstract:
The present article attempts to review the cassation proceedings in terms of the principles defined in the administrative procedure code. The article investigates whether the cassation proceedings along with the accompanying rules and stipulations correspond to the principles stated in the administrative procedure code and whether the specific regulations of cassation match the original legislation. The principles of legality, truthfulness, equality and others are consistently presented.
