Abstract:

The article regarded the legal aspects of the limitations of capacity in Roman law- about the persons alieni iuris, minori XXV annis, women, furiosi, prodigy and some other categories of persons. The basic principles and ideas of the Roman Law and roman jurisprudence could be used in the light of modern Bulgarian legislation of capacity.
