Abstract:
The article aims to justify the need for an entirely new PUBLIC procurement act, who will rescind the еexisting one. With the article the author try to show some of the major problems, highlighted when the bill of the new PUBLIC procurement act was discussed and to explain some of the significant moments in the public procurement regime, regulated by the new PUBLIC procurement act.
