Abstract:
Article 534 of the Commercial Act regulates the claim for unjust enrichment in the law on bills of
exchange. The prerequisites of the claim under Art. 534 of the Commerce Act are: formal bills of exchange, promissory
notes or checks; terminated direct and regress rights of the creditor; enriching the issuer and payer of the billing
effect caused by the loss of direct.
