INDEXING AND REFERENCE
The journal "Digital Educational Technologies" has been published since 2024 and is being prepared for indexing in international reference networks such as Web of Science and SCOPUS. The preparatory stage of the procedure for accepting a manuscript for publication is its evaluation and, if necessary, its return for refinement and finalization of the technical parameters of the proposed publication (volume, style, citation techniques, font, transliteration of the Cyrillic alphabet in the bibliography, etc.) in accordance with the technical requirements for publication in the journal.
REVIEW
Reviewing is carried out by a Board of Anonymous Reviewers, in which the Editorial Board has attracted established scientists from different countries and fields of science. Double anonymous review is carried out for each of the submitted manuscripts, which are sifted through the StrikePlagiarism authenticity system. When submitting the material for review, the author's name is deleted from the text and the proposed material is provided to two of the reviewers. In the evaluation process, the reviewers describe their corrections, and in the final part of the presentation they state an unequivocal opinion whether the proposed work should be rejected or accepted (without corrections, with necessary corrections and without re-reviewing, or for re-reviewing after recommended and necessary corrections).
The reviewers are required to send the reviews to the journal's editorial board within fourteen days. In the event that one of the two reviewers has rejected the article, it is also submitted for evaluation to an arbitrator, whose positive assessment is the necessary condition for continuing the procedure.
After the reviews are received by the editorial board, the author is notified of the reviewers' opinion and, if necessary, is provided with part of the recommendations in the review for making the necessary corrections. The author returns the new version of his article within two weeks. The author's name and affiliation are added to the text, after which the article is sent for pre-print preparation and publication.
The editorial board has the right to reject those materials proposed for publication that are not in accordance with the goals of the journal, its ethical rules, and do not meet the requirements for publication.
