Abstract:
One of the most effective and successful ways to implement the communication policy of organizations is through public relations. More and more people obtain information, communicate, follow current events, etc. using social media. The challenge for PR is to be aware of and analyze the moods and preferences of diverse audiences in order to choose the most appropriate and accessible way to convey their messages. Without belittling traditional media, PR and their symbiosis with new technologies would allow useful and mutually beneficial relationships to be built for both parties—the organization and its audiences.
