Резюме:
The existence of the Eastern Rumelia’s militia in terms of its normative rules is directly related to the legislation in the Autonomous Community. The decisions of the Berlin Congress set the beginning of Eastern Rumelia, and according to the normative rules left by the Berlin Congress, it is firstly its legislation – the Organic Statute.
