Резюме:
The problems concerning the leadership of the Eastern Rumelian militia
are considered mainly in the general context of the history of the army. The three
leaders of the army (1879–1885) in Rumelia are usually presented schematically and
uniformly, but one of them stands out and does not deserve the unenviable place that
is often assigned to him.
