Abstract:

Cultural heritage is a symbol of the ascending process of human development but it should be accepted as a material basis for rational management that could accumulate certain economic benefits. There are a number of international documents regulating the preservation and exhibition of the universal world heritage. They emphasized principle of mandatory guaranteed access to the cultural and historical values, but it raises some questions related to copyright and the distribution of economic benefits from the realization of cultural products. This publication is realized under the project “Analysis of the common practices in the use of products of intellectual property in university IT environment.” DMU 03/3 by the Fund “Scientific Research” of the Ministry of Education and Science.
