Abstract:

The article examines key digital publications in the field of media and communications in Brazil and Argentina. These scientific journals demonstrate the enormous importance of regional and national educational and research communities. The topic оf popularizing communication sciences and opportunities for obtaining more information through the publications and research of authoritative scholars using open access platforms and networks is discussed. The emphasis is on protection of intellectual work and copyright and the use of original materials on the internet. A brief review of some normative documents on protection against plagiarism according to the legislative systems in Brazil and Argentina is provided.
