Abstract:
This paper is a study of a specific grammatical category within the nonfinite verb form systems of English and Bulgarian. This category is based on the functional oppositions between the forms in each of the two systems. The meaning of the category of personal representation is related to the meaning of the category of person within the finite verb form systems.
