Abstract:
The text aims at observing the personal and personalizing utterances of some archaic elegiac poets in order to differ this lyrical branch from the other poetic genres of early Greek poetry and to point to the specific for the elegy relations between poet, poet’s personal name, text and audiences. There are fragments cited and discussed by Callinus, Tyrtaeus, Mimnermus, Solon and Theognis.
