Abstract:
As practice shows, the behavioral styles of participants in organizational conflict largely determine the process of its development and its consequences. Often organizational conflicts arise due to inconsistency. As a result, it is necessary to organize the work process so that everyone is busy at work, has the necessary powers, bears the responsibility specifically assigned to him, knows the objectives and the tasks, the rights and the obligations to receive Reliable and timely information in any real manufacturing situation. In organizing conflict management in an enterprise, subjective factors are important. Thus, from the attitude of the particular leader to the conflict and to the contradictions that provoke him, depends the efficiency of the management of these processes, as well as the attitude towards him by the lower units.
