Abstract:
New conditions and opportunities change the way of life, way of work and thinking and lead to change and reorganization of governance models, bringing need of adaptability and continuous improvement close to hearth. There is a need for alternative of the known governance, which draws and integrates the positive characteristics of individualism and team work. In the current article we identify the possibilities of improving efficiency of the contemporary governance forms and present an view for model for managing the individualism-team work relationship.
