Abstract:
Corporate social responsibility operates in a different context, determined by the leadership approach of the organization. The concepts of the parameters of corporate social responsibility are influenced and developed in their entirety regardless of the leadership styles established in companies that have achieved the SA8000 standard (social accountability). In this sense, there is a research problem – interactive leadership and transformational leadership spend and use the resources of the organization in different ways, but achieve a generally accepted standard.
