Abstract:

The case study is an interesting and multifunctional method for developing and acquiring new knowledge. It makes a direct link between practice and theory with the presentation of real-life facts and data. The flexible form on the other hand makes it preferred by young people. The case study as a tool will acquire an increasingly important role in education and in the human resource development process. Entrepreneurship generates case studies in itself. The dynamics of entrepreneurial processes and the purpose of the pre-entrepreneurial object are most easily grasped through case studies.
