Abstract:

This study examines how leadership based on compassion /love/ and moral intelligence can enhance well-being in the contemporary organizational context. Through the concepts of Compassionate Intelligence and Moral Intelligence, managers can foster emotional, energetic, and spiritual resilience among employees. The analysis encompasses a theoretical framework integrating psychology, management, and spiritual perspectives, supported by extensive empirical evidence and practical examples from global and Bulgarian organizations. The findings indicate that this approach increases productivity, engagement, creativity, and innovation, offering practical guidelines for implementation and future research, particularly within the Bulgarian cultural context.
