Abstract:

The article presents some of the factors that affect employee engagement in terms of different models and practices for measuring and enhancing engagement. The presented models were developed by famous consulting companies like Gallup Organization and Aon Hewitt, by Wilmar Schaufeli and Patrick Lenchioni as well as analyses of recommendations given at Forbes articles in this sphere.
