Abstract:
The crash of Bulgarian monumental sculpture in the post-totalitarian period is a sign of serious lack of common direction, vision and purpose in society. This vision not only characterizes the architectural landscape or plan of the country, it points to and emphasizes the disharmonism of the so-called Transition, started after 10.11.1989 year. The attitude towards already realized works from the era of socialism contributes to the general impression of immaturity.
