Needs of improving methodology for developing pedagogical skills in students

Abstract:

In the following article there is a summary of the results of a social-pedagogical research among different teachers, lectors and headmasters regarding their attitude towards the specific methodology of building educational skills in students. Based on this information, several contradictions that influece the quality of a professional preparation of future teachers are revealed. Furthermore, the expectations of the examined groups for improving this methodology are being outlined. Meanwhile, it is found out that there are still plenty of opportunities for young people to achieve professional perfection that need to be researched. That is why some innovative techniques are to be used in the educational process. In conclusion, for overcoming these contradictions it is necessary to improve the methodology for developing pedagogical skills in consecutive stages of education as well as developing certain plans for each one of them.
