Abstract:
The main theme of this theoretical research are the innovations in education. The author presents the core ideas of two models for adoption and implementation the innovations in education. The first one is a classical in the theory and is focused on the concerns of the teachers about innovations. The second one is new attempt to analyze the process of adoption and view it as a learning/adoption trajectory.
