Abstract:

Information technologies cause the coming of new ways of knowledge and new attitude to knowledge. Along with the development of information technologies and the accumulation of new knowledge, the individual skills and qualifications turn into non-durable product. The aim of the present article is to make an attempt to present in outline the evolutional development of the material bearers of information and the attitude to knowledge.
