Abstract:
The professor’s Ivan Peev’s theoretical, methodical, and practical heritage is rich and versatile. It shows the tendency to modernization and reformation of mass musical education and upbringing. The parameters of innovative ideas come from the image, build up the essence of Buglarian methodology of musical education, show rational ways and methods of effectiveness and practical realization. 86 The actually of these ways and methods comes from their mutual connection with theoretical conceptions in general Pedagogics, Psychology and Didactics and influences upon the reform of musical education. The reform is linked with modern scientific approach and creative rethinking of traditional principles in musical education and upbringing.
