Abstract:
An object of this report are the necessary knowledge and skills, which the teachers must have, in order to use the modern ICT in the different educational levels and also the ways for this knowledge acquiring. Contributions of this record: The concrete knowledge and skills for applying the ICT, which the modern teachers working in all the educational levels have to possess, in order to apply these innovative technologies directly in the teaching process; The existing e-learning technologies and their application in the different educational levels are presented; Analysis of the computer competences of the Bulgarian teachers and their skills to use the ICT in their daily work. Some problems are discussed in this report;Concrete parameters and indicators for structuring effective qualification courses are pointed.
