Abstract:

This article is dedicated to questions of searching for and studies psychologypedagogical principle of assimilation of the foreign language at preschool age. The main considered problems such a: searching for of the age length the most sensitive to mastering by second language; the foreign abilities and age; the complex of the conditions, called to provide success of the education foreign language at preschool age; the principles of the building of the program for learning second language the children’s of the preschool age.
