Abstract:

sciplines that were considered to be dangerous in the past, are now finding a wide application in the sports animation and tourism not only as an instrument for recreation and amusement, but also as a good approach for uniting the collective. This is what is nowadays called “team-building”. Team-building is an activity, that is orientated on strengthening the informal contacts between the members and their uniting. Team-building also has other benefits, such as the pleasure of the physical loading, closeness to nature, social contacts, adventures.
