Abstract:
During the last years Physical education and Sports won recognition as one of the spheres with low social concern. More and more prevails the opinion that it is necessary to find out a new formula for the forms and activities of the organization of the Physical education and Sports. The lack of material basis, as well as the irrational usage of the available technical sports facilities, the bad conditions for the training process reflect on the physical efficiency of the students. That is reason why it is necessary to search for different options for developing the sports and for diversity of the activities during the lessons.
