Abstract:
successful coach should not only possess narrow professional knowledge, but also solid knowledge in psychology, pedagogy, sociology, and more precisely those aspects, that could be implemented in the sports practice. The success of the couch does not only depend on knowledge or on working. With this research we made an attempt by observation the behaviour of te young players in official matches to help the sport teachers with some ideas on how to specify basketball problems and how to define important elements of their description and by taking actions in order to remove them, to improve the individual appearance of each player and the team as a whole.
