Abstract:

Kinesiotaping method is becoming more popular due to the proven positive effects on tendons, ligaments, fascia, bodies homeostasis and other. It is widely used especially in sports and in orthopedics and traumatology. In our country, this method is still little known, which defines our interest to investigate and present it. The aim of the study is to research and promote this innovation in sports and recreation practice called kinezioteyping as well as the opportunities as a means to restore the functions and movements of the soft tissues and joints.
